WOOD

The original wood-fired ovens to fully relive the Neapolitan tradition. To obtain the best flame yield it is preferable to use beech wood for ignition and oak to maintain the temperature.

GAS

For premises that cannot use wood we have designed gas-fired ovens. A solution that greatly simplifies temperature management, without altering the quality and flavor of foods.

TRADITION

Thanks to the use of refractory bricks and a refractory mortar with low, almost zero, aluminum content, we produce ovens with very low consumption and high yield. Designed and built to last and give you unforgettable moments of happiness!

WHO WE ARE

The Forni Nonna Anna company was founded in 2012 with the idea of creating artisan ovens tor domestic and professional use. Thanks to the use of refractory bricks and a low, almost zero refractory mortar, contained in aluminium, we produce very low and high yield kilns. With our vast production process and stock, we are also able to rent ovens far festivals and private parties.
